Theodore K. Bell

Mr. Bell is a big-law and Fortune 100 in-house litigator and trial attorney with 30-plus years of experience in federal and state jury trials and litigation, including class and derivative securities litigation, IP and trade secrets litigation, and complex business litigation.

Mr. Bell has first-chair experience in all aspects of the litigation cycle including risk assessment and management, setting and driving budgets, discovery and depositions, law and motion, ADR, and trial (15+ trials/arbitrations).  Mr.  Bell enjoys hiking and art museums.
