A graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Ashley is an experienced securities attorney.
Ashley is a member of both the California Bar as well as the District of Columbia Bar.

Ashley practices corporate formation and operation, corporate governance matters, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public company disclosure, securities offerings, and securities investigations.

Ashley has always been passionate about corporate and securities law and transactions. As a law student, Ashley was a part of the Startup Legal Garage clinic and worked with Orrick, and Herrington Sutcliffe to prepare corporate formation documents for clients.
