Donna Scaffidi

Donna Scaffidi is a trilingual, business-minded corporate lawyer. She has represented issuers, underwriters, and private equity firms on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, SPAC transactions, follow-on equity offerings, and public and private high-yield debt offerings.
Additionally, she has experience representing private equity firms and public and private companies in cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Donna has also represented leading technology companies in areas of IP protection and digital transformation, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, outsourcing, computer software, and licensing agreements.
Furthermore, Donna is committed to creating and supporting sustainable, diverse talent pipelines and maintains a robust pro bono practice, including advising an early-stage company on trademark issues, representing an NGO with its general corporate governance matters, and representing asylum seekers.
