Gerald Lau

Mr. Gerald Lau is a pragmatic corporate generalist and has counseled and represented Fortune 50 companies, and numerous other businesses at various points throughout their business cycles, from startup to maturity.
He is comfortable and successful as a lead dealmaker and negotiator in a variety of contexts and attributes his success to an ability to understand not only the legal risks and how to mitigate them, but also the motivations and business concerns of all parties, and how to creatively and effectively balance competing interests while advocating zealously for his clients and maintaining a good working relationship with the party on the other side of the table.
