Olivia Ren represents U.S. and foreign clients in intellectual property and business matters, including trademarks, trade secrets, patents, copyrights, unfair competition, corporate, contracts, fraud, online advertising, and false advertising. She also provides strategic advice to clients on topics including e-commerce retail, online advertising, and intellectual property protection to protect and strengthen their business. Ms. Ren has extensive experience in all stages of civil litigation from responding to discovery requests to drafting and winning dispositive motions.

During law school, Ms. Ren clerked at both an international law firm and a local boutique firm for various intellectual property and business matters. Ms. Ren also worked as a judicial extern during law school for the Honorable Dana Sabraw at the United States District Court Southern California District. Before law school, Ms. Ren was a microbiologist and worked in the biotech & food industry.
